Q:Can I change my cloud phone if my TikTok account is blocked?
A:iOS cloud phone has strong protection, so account bans are rare. If your TikTok account gets banned, uninstall the app and leave the cloud phone idle for 3 days. Then reinstall and create a new account — it won’t be linked to the old one. Or, you can buy a new cloud phone.
Q:Can the iOS cloud phone be reset to factory settings?
A:Users cannot operate to restore to factory settings; otherwise, the phone will lose control.
Q:Does the iOS cloud phone support scripting?
A:If you need a script, please contact customer service. They can also make custom scripts for a fee.
Q:Does the iOS cloud phone support group control function?
A:The iOS cloud phone has a group control function. Multiple cloud mobile phones can be operated at the same time.
Q:Can I install iOS cloud phone on my phone?
A:Android and Apple mobile phones can use our cloud phone through the h5 web side.
Q:Can the iOS cloud phone use the camera to take pictures?
A:Not supported at this time.
Q:Can users transfer files to iOS cloud phone?
A:Yes.Users can transfer files from the computer to the cloud phone.
Q:Can users download and install the app on their iOS cloud phones?
A:Users can download some common apps from the app centre on the right hand side,such as:Amazon, AliExpress, Chrome , DHgate, eBay,Facebook, Faire, Gmail, Google,Instagram, Telegram, Temu, TikTok, Vinted, Wa Business, WhatsApp, X, YouTube, Zalo, Mercari, Wish, Hinge, Tinder, Mail.com, Linkedln, Poshmark, ShotShort, Etsy, Bofa, Omiai, Marrish, SHEIN, Discord, Pinterest, Quora, Reddit. Q:How can I clean my records on my iOS cloud phone?
A:You can clean the user data inside the app or delete the app, the same way you do with iPhone.
Q:Does the iOS cloud phone support GPS positioning?
A:GPS positioning function is not supported. GPS is turned off by default.
Q:Does the iOS cloud phone support one-click new device?
A:Our iOS cloud phones are not jailbroken and do not support one-click reset to a new device.
Q:Does the iOS cloud phone support TikTok live streaming?
A:iOS cloud phones support TikTok account nurturing, video posting and attracting followers and traffic, but they do not support TikTok live-streaming sales.
Q:Can users modify the language and region of their cloud phones?
A:Yes. You can modify the language and time zone as needed. The modification method is the same as operating a physical iPhone. (Note: It will restart after modification.)
Q:What kind of IP can be used on cloud phone?
A:Currently, the cloud phone only supports Sock5 format proxy IP (it is recommended to choose IP that supports UDP forwarding), and http and https formats are not supported for the time being.
Q:Can users configure the proxy IP by themselves?
A:Yes, users can purchase proxy ips from third parties and configure them to their cloud phones themselves.
Q:What IP does the iOS cloud phone use by default? 
A:Cloud phones activated by scanning the code through the client (including those purchased with the activation code) are by default from the IP address of the Singapore data center. Three cloud phones share one IP address.

1.How to register?
Step 1:Download the client, double-click to open, register with your email, and set a password. (Enable“Remember Password”to log in automatically next time.)
2.How to scan the code to activate the cloud phone?
Step 1:Click the“Scan to Purchase”button in the top-right corner.   Step 2:Input the quantity you wish to purchase, click the“Purchase” button then scan the payment code to pay.   Step 3:Cloud phones appear in the left undefined group.   Step 4:Select the cloud phone in the undefined group, and it will be displayed on the right.   Step 5:Click a cloud phone on the right to control it.

4.How to activate and renew with an activation code?
Step 1:Click the“Use Activation Code”button.   Step 2:Input the activation code and click the“Activate”button , then it will be succeed.   Step 3:The undefined group on the left side displays the cloud phone.   Step 4:Renew with the activation code.
5. How to download apps?
Step 1:Open your phone and click the“App store”button located on the right. Step 2:Go to the App store to download the apps you need. If it’s not there, please contact our customer service on the official website.
6.How to change the language and region?
Step 1:Click the“Settings”. Step 2:Click the“General”button. Step 3:Click the“Language & Region”button. Step 4:Click the“Add Language…”button. Step 5:Search for any language you want to change here (Take Simplified Chinese as an example). Step 6:Click the“Use Chinese,Simplified”button, and wait for the system update. Step 7:Click the“Region”button. Step 8:Search for any region you want to change (Take“China mainland”as an example), Click it and wait the system update.
7.How to modify the time zone?
Step 1:Enter the cloud phone,click the“Settings”button. Step 2:Click the“General”button. Step 3:Click the“Date &Time”button. Step 4:Click the“Time Zone”button. Step 5:Search the time zone you want to change and click it.
8.How to uninstall apps?
Step 1:Long press the software you want to uninstall with the left mouse button, and then click the “Remove App” button. Step 2:If you want to delete the used data, click the“Delete App”button. If you still want to retain the data, click the“Remove from Home Screen”button.
9.How to copy and paste?
Step 1:Press “Ctrl + C” on the keyboard to copy the text. Step 2:Open the cloud phone window and press “Ctrl + V”. Step 3:Wait about 2 seconds, and you’ll see“Paste successful”at the top of the cloud phone. Step 4:Open the cloud phone’s text input field, press and hold the left mouse button, and the“PASTE”button will pop up. Step 5:Click the“Paste”button to complete.

Step 1:Long press the cloud phone you want to modify the remark with the right mouse button, and then click the “Rename”. Step 2:Input the name to be changed in the box and then press Enter.

Step 1:Right-click the undefined group and click the“Add Group”button. Step 2:Input the group name, and click the“Confirm”button. Step 3:Right-click, then click the“Move to Group”button. Step 4:Under Device List, select your devices and pick the target group to migrate them to. Click the“Confirm”button to complete the grouping process.

15.What is the default IP address of a cloud phones purchased via the client?
The cloud phone activated by the customer scanning the code (or activated by the activation code) is by default an IP address from the Singapore data center. Three cloud phones share one IP address.
